Sophie is part of our senior management team and responsible for everything Learning & Development; from initial onboarding of new recruits, through to training employees at all levels.
After studying English Literature at the University of Portsmouth, she started her Recruitment career placing interim consultants into the Public Sector, specialising in Property Services. After 7 years, she decided to take her role internal, and turn her attention to supporting others embarking on their own recruitment careers.
