When Birchrose Associates was established in 2019, we set out with a clear vision: to build a trusted legal recruitment business, dedicated exclusively to law firms and the people who drive them forward.

In the years that followed, we focused on strengthening our UK presence, developing specialist teams focused on the recruitment of Lawyers and Business Support professionals.

Today, Birchrose has over 90 years’ combined experience in legal recruitment, and we proudly work with a significant proportion of the UK’s most highly regarded law firms.
