We take development seriously at Birchrose, but our approach is personal, hands-on and tailored. Rather than relying on generic training programmes, we work closely with each individual to provide ongoing support, regular feedback and meaningful exposure across the business.

We are committed to transparency when it comes to progression at Birchrose. Our internal promotion framework, Career Pathway, provides clear structure around development and promotion, with progression based on both performance and how you demonstrate our values.

We recognise that success looks different for different people, which is why our pathway has two routes: one for high-performing consultants focused on billings and client relationships, and another for those looking to develop into leadership and management. Consultants also have the flexibility to move between these pathways as their skills, interests, and career goals evolve.

Remuneration

Be in control of your earnings

We believe high performance should be recognised and rewarded properly. That is why we offer market-leading salaries alongside transparent, competitive commission structures that give our people real control over their earnings.

Our consultants can choose from three commission schemes depending on their level of billings, with greater performance leading to greater reward.

Alongside individual commission, we also operate a monthly team bonus scheme that is shared equally across the business, including our highly valued Delivery Consultants. It is a reflection of the collaborative culture we have built at Birchrose and the belief that success is something achieved together.

In late 2020, after seven years of working for Huntress (our sister company) where I managed the legal business support team, I made the move to Birchrose Associates.
